Fireball of Death
That is, Northwest Airlines. Although after four separate flights, I did not have to regret not writing my last will and testament. Tonight, I committed a traveller's faux pas: In those precious moments before taking off, perhaps, some may argue, it is wrong to relate my innermost fears to the stranger beside me of occupying the seat above the cargo door, due to the fact that it has been known to happen, on occasion, that the cargo door, if not functioning properly, will fly open sometime in the middle of the flight, creating a massive fissure in the hull and causing instantaneous decompression, thus sucking out the three or four rows nearest the cargo door. If lucky, those who fly out first will be sucked into the jet engine and receive a relatively quick death, those less lucky will be buckled into their seat as the entire unit plummets several thousand feet to the ground.
